Founded in 2009, Hat Creek Partners is a private real estate firm based in Dallas, Texas. We invest in value-add and core multifamily properties across Texas and have completed sixteen acquisitions representing more than $800 million in production volume.

Hat Creek Asset Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hat Creek Partners, provides comprehensive sourcing, asset management, and disposition services to institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals seeking exposure to U.S. real estate.

Charlie Eubanks

CO-FOUNDER

Charlie is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, capital relationships, and organizational structure.

Before founding Hat Creek Partners, Charlie led acquisition, development, and asset management activities for the Central Division of JPI Companies in Dallas. Prior to that, he was a consultant in the Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, where he specialized in portfolio valuations, structured transactions, and feasibility analysis.

Charlie holds a B.S. in Finance from Oklahoma State University.

Jeff Askew

CO-FOUNDER

Jeff is responsible for project investments, due diligence, underwriting, and asset management.

Before founding Hat Creek Partners, Jeff served as Vice President and Acquisitions Partner for the Central Division of JPI Companies in Dallas, where he led multifamily acquisitions across Texas. He helped launch JPI's acquisition program in 2000, contributing to investments in Dallas, Austin, Houston, Atlanta, Southern California, Boston, and Washington, D.C.

Jeff holds a B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University.
